“Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.” – 1 Timothy 4:12

Student Worship: Sundays

Sunday evenings we open up the student worship room for an awesome time of sharing a meal, worship, teaching, and discussion. We work hard to make sure all students feel welcomed and comfortable so that the Holy Spirit can reach as many young people as possible. Friends and guests always welcomed.

Current Series:

In January and February we will explore what it means for a church to be a worshiping community.

Christians are people who have discovered that the one true object of our worship is the God who has revealed God’s self in and through Jesus. But what exactly is worship? What should we be doing when we meet together for “church” on Sundays? And how does that connect with what we do the rest of the week?

January 8 – Why Worship?

January 22 – What is Worship?

February 5- How do We Worship?

Sundays 9:00-10:30a

October to April

Throughout Confirmation students (7-9th graders) come to understand what followers of Jesus believe. They learn to speak about their faith and most importantly, to confirm their desire to live out a life-long personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Intergenerational Study: Gospel of Mark

Thursdays 6:00-8:00p

January 12 – February 23

who-do-you-say-i-am_std_t_nvImmediately. Let’s go. Right away. Now. Get up. Then … Mark’s narrative moves quickly and you sense the action in the story of Jesus’ life. It’s teaching presented as the gospel – good news powerfully announced in a world of bad news. The Gospel of Mark highlights Jesus’ unparalleled spiritual power and authority, leading us to consider for ourselves the question, “Who do you say that I am?”

This will be an intergenerational class that will be question/discussion/participant driven.
